We provide a variety of dance programs for ages two through to adult. Classes are offered in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and Contemporary. Our professional and experienced faculty is committed to making your experience with us enjoyable. Whether you are from High River, Nanton, Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Longview or Southern Alberta area, come and check us out!

– ages five and up –
In our Jazz programs students will learn how to develop muscle strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination and technique. Our Jazz is based on the CDTA National syllabus as well as the latest street styles of jazz.
ALL LEVELS Hair neatly tied back. CLASS:
– ages four and up –
Ballet is recommended for all students pursuing a versatile dance career as it helps to develop a strong foundation for movement. Dance Tech follows the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus.
Ballet 1/2 and above take two classes a week (not optional)
ALL LEVELS Hair neatly tied back into a bun. Pre-Primary & Primary:

Lyrical dance focuses on technique and core strength while expressing the lyrics through the dancers movement and emotions. Dancers must be enrolled in Ballet and Jazz to register.

Visualize the technique of ballet and modern combined with the broad artistic expression of jazz. The key components for Contemporary dance are core strength, flexibility, rhythm, conditioning, creativity and technique while developing the dancers natural style.

ages six and up –
Acro is not your everyday gymnastics class! Think Cirque du Soleil! It is a style of dance that seamlessly combines classical dance technique with elements of gymnastics, jazz, tumbling, and basic contortion. We will teach your child skills such as handstands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, balance and contortion tricks (but only when they are ready to).
Dancers MUST be taking a Jazz or Ballet Technique class to register in Acro
ALL LEVELS Hair neatly tied back. NO jewelry or loose fitting clothes.
– ages six and up – sessional & full year available-
This class is one of the fastest growing forms of dance! Learn the latest street moves in our trendy Hip Hop classes. This program focuses on popular music of today and incorporates various styles of lockin’, poppin’, break dancing, house and video styling.

This fun class follows the CDTA syllabus. Dancers will learn technique, execution and coordination, all while having fun moving to a percussive beat!
Hair must be tied back for all classes. Black sleeveless tank bodysuit- any style Light tan beige tights– style #314 Black Capri pants or bootie shorts Footwear: Mini Tap - Black Mary Jane Style Tap Shoe All Other Tap - Black leather oxford tap shoes (lace ups) Teen Tap - Either the Black Oxford or Black Mary Jane Students taking Mini Movers or Mini Shakers must have tap shoes
– ages three to four years – twelve & sixteen-week class –
This program teaches your wee ones the basic foundations for all dance forms. These classes encourage students to start developing their technique through creative movement, singing and dancing while developing spatial & body awareness, rhythm, musicality and social skills.
Hair neatly tied back (bun is not required).
